Split Ring Sizing

Tag comes with 15mm split ring included as standard. If your collar/harness hardware is a little thicker and you’d prefer a 25mm split ring to ensure it doesn’t stretch, these can be substituted free of charge instead of your 15mm split ring.

Care Instructions

For maximum longevity of your new tag, please follow these care instructions:

Do not allow your item to get wet for too long. Tags are splash water resistant.

Clean your item with warm soapy water only and keep away from harsh chemicals.

Do not leave your item in direct sunlight as this can fade or damage resin integrity.

Your item may tarnish or fade over time. Please check your tag regularly and if damaged, remove from your pet.

Do not leave your pet unattended with the tag or allow your pet to chew their tag.

We do not hold liability for any injury sustained while using our products.

Please make sure the split ring is attached well and hasn't stretched when adding to your pets collar as this can result in tags geting lost.

All tags are handmade to order meaning every item is unique. Slight imperfections or bubbling can arise in the curing process and are minimised where possible.

What size of split ring do I choose for clasps?

If planning to use a clasp with your tag, we recommend choosing the 15mm split ring with your tag order to keep tag proportions aligned.
